Pastor John Odukoya

Pastor John Odukoya was born in Nigeria. He graduated from The University of Lagos Nigeria with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1981. He moved to the U.S in Dec. of 1988 with his family. While in the U.S, he attended Hope Bible College and graduated in 1999 with a B.S in Theology. He also enrolled in a doctoral program pursing a degree in Leadership Development and Global Church Planting at BILD Antioch School. Since that time, he has received numerous awards and accolades for his selfless engagement in the community.

He has a strong passion for the youth of this nation, as he desires to see them reach their ordained potential in life. He is the President of Fountain Community Enrichment, an organization formed to enrich, educate and empower the community through love & compassion while meeting the physical needs of the people. Apart from their bi-weekly food pantry distribution they also stage a community health fair every year where thousands receive free health screenings, food as well as clothing. In 2009 he was appointed as an advisory council board member by Governor Martin O’Mally for Maryland’s New American Initiative.  

Pastor Odukoya is also the head Pastor of the Fountain of Life Grace Springs Church, located in Upper Marlboro, MD. As head of this multicultural Church, Pastor Odukoya has allowed the ministry to influence the surrounding community through outreach events and by creating an environment that enables all to come as they are. He is married to Elizabeth Odukoya and they have been blessed with four children and five grandchildren.
